Shwayze - “Get U Home” Fallon

Shwayze performed “Get U Home” on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on 1/5. Check it out below:

Aaron Smith (born May 29, 1985) better known by his stage name Shwayze, is an American rapper. Born and raised in Malibu, California, Shwayze worked at a local Starbucks coffee shop until he met Whitestarr frontman Cisco Adler at a nightclub. That night Shwayze jumped on stage during Whitestarr's performance and started freestyling, impressing Cisco Adler. They immediately began making music together, and landed a deal with Suretone Records.

After a brief break to consume hundreds of thousands of calories and remind ourselves why we don't travel to see our loved ones all that often, MTV News is back to work at full-force this week. Not coincidentally, most of our favorite talk shows also make their return following a few weeks of repeats. So while you'll still have to wait for new episodes of "Last Call with Carson Daly," most everybody else is back with a vengeance. For example, staying up past your bedtime to watch "The Late Show with David Letterman" will score you visits by Amy Adams and Vampire Weekend on Tuesday (January 5) and a performance from Nick Jonas and the Administration on Thursday (January 7).

Jonas will also bring his new band to the set of "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" on Friday (January 8). In an eclectic week, Fallon also welcomes Shwayze on Tuesday, Clipse on Wednesday (January 6) and a performance from the Jay-Z-produced Broadway musical "Fela!" on Thursday. Over on the west coast, Conan O'Brien will talk to Patton Oswalt on Monday (January 4), Queen Latifah on Tuesday and Ke$ha on Wednesday on "The Tonight Show," while Jay Leno (whose show somehow still exists) has Kim Kardashian on Tuesday and Denzel Washington on Thursday.

While we're most looking forward to the returns of "The Daily Show" and "The Colbert Report" (Jon Stewart talks to George Lucas on Tuesday!), the highlight of the week will most certainly be Ke$ha's visit to "Ellen" on Tuesday. The singer, who currently has the top song in the country in "Tik Tok," will share the show with Helen Mirren and an eight-year-old pianist, which will make that particular hour of daytime TV totally insane.
