Long Island SEO & Facebook's Ad Revenue

By Robert Sutter

According to an article on USA Today, there has been quite the demand for mobile advertising. Facebook was able to answer the call and it's not hard to see why. Given the fact that just about everyone has his or her own smartphone these days, the mobile front has a greater amount of emphasis placed on it. One would argue that it's more prominent than PCs and laptops. However, what are some of the specifics that Long Island SEO enthusiasts may draw your attention to?

USA Today focused on the fact that Facebook revenue grew since turning its attention more so to mobile advertising. Specifically, Facebook's revenue grew 61%, making more money with ads targeted to users on mobile platforms. These are high records on the part of Facebook, which is a point that anyone on the Long Island SEO side of things can agree with. In fact, it can bring attention to the idea that the social media mogul can only grow as a result.

Facebook did not exactly reach this point without a struggle or two along the way, though. In fact, it's been said that the company had some troubles after it became publicly traded. I can see why this was a problem, since businesses have to operate in different ways from the ones that privately traded companies can. Even still, Facebook was able to change and make matters better for them, which I see as a sign of strength for this particular social media entity.

What if you have the desire to incorporate mobile ads on your end for the purpose of brand awareness? There are many factors that firms such as fishbat can bring attention to, quality being perhaps the most important. After all, these programs should be simple enough for anyone to put to use and I believe that even someone who has little of how smartphones work can utilize them with enough time to learn. These are just a couple of details associated with mobile ads, whether they are used for Long Island SEO purposes or not.

Hopefully Facebook continues to see growth, in terms of ad revenue, because I believe that there is much more to be earned. If Facebook sees the way that ad distribution changes and tailors their strategies accordingly, success will be had. The company has been able to change with the times reasonably well and I'd like to think that it can improve matters on the advertising front as well. With such a tremendous jump in revenue that has been detailed, one must wonder what the future holds.
