The chicken is prepared for fifteen minutes and cooks for thirty-five minutes. The ingredients you need include one tablespoon of grated fresh ginger, two tablespoons of the Korean red pepper, pomegranate molasses, honey, umeboshi plum vinegar, chicken that has been cut to pieces, paprika, toasted sesame seeds, roasted and salted cashews, pepper and salt to taste. Once you have gathered all your ingredients, prepare the marinade. Start by mixing the pepper paste, vinegar, pomegranate molasses and ginger in a bowl. Make sure you form a uniform paste. Then, put the sauce or marinade into a plastic bag that can be zipped. Add the chicken pieces and zip the bag. Then shake the mixture to allow the sauce to mix thoroughly and coat the chicken fully. Let the chicken marinate for thirty minutes before you bake it.

Next, preheat the oven to four hundred degrees. Then, use cooking spray or canola oil to grease two baking sheets. After that, spread the marinated chicken on the baking sheets evenly. Leave the chicken to bake for thirty to thirty-five minutes. The inside of the meat should cook properly, and the outside should be crispy.

Make sure that you remember to flip the wings halfway through your baking. Use tongs to avoid burning your fingers. After flipping the pieces, apply the remaining one-third of the marinade. After you are sure that the meat is fully cooked, put it on a tray and sprinkle it with the sesame seeds, paprika, and cashews.
