Tips On Increasing Response Rates On Webpage 101

By Yussef Smith

Web page owners always want to find different methods that will help them increase response rates on their webpage. Knowing the best approach and technique can sometimes be very challenging. This is why I will be discussing the different methods to increase the rate easily.

1. Get More Traffic: Hopefully, you have installed Google Analytics or any other tracking software on your website. At the very least, you need to know how many people are visiting your website every single day. If you are getting less than 10 visitors a day, you shouldn't be expecting to see 20 comments, likes or tweets, unless you love to see spams. The obvious thing you should do now is to increase the traffic to your website.

When you have a decent level of traffic, it is much easier for you to do any form of split testing needed to increase the response rate of your website. 2. The Topic Of Your Website: Put it this way. If you are a business owner who sells stationery and you are blogging about pencils, you are probably not going to get a lot of comments.

Lastly, another method you can use is to make your webpage exciting. Do not make your site dull and boring, this will make people not want to return. Choose images that represent the target you are trying to attract.

Most surveys suffer from low response rates but you can remedy this by also giving your respondents a good reason to share their time with you. Offer them a discount to your product or service. If this is your first time to send a survey, experiment with different survey formats and strategies until you get a winning formula. Don't give up until you have at least 70% of the people you invite taking your survey.
