Almost 1 out of 10 people today have facebook account, that accounts for over 800 million users. This provides an enormous opportunity to connect and get your business and product or service on the market in front of plenty of people. Even if you're only a local business, chances are just about everybody in your town has a Facebook account. All you need to do is get them to like your page then you could quickly get in touch with them with a click of a button. This can be a must have for the small business marketing strategy.

You can also make waves with Google's Plus page. Although not as known as Facebook, it is gaining ranks, particularly among other businesses. So it is a great way to get in touch with other businesses, and discuss ideas or experiences.

Do Not Be Afraid of Sales

Almost every business owners have this common theme among them. You don't want to feel to pushy or seem to be "do anything no matter what the expense to generate a sales" type individual. But here instead of being like a shark that is out hunting, consider being a fisherman instead. You go out and you give the customer every thing he requires, all the information in a real opinion of his wants and needs, and whether you would suggest it to him or her. Then wait for a client to bite, then reel him in.
